You’ll probably need 1 hour a day, 10 – minutes to watch the video, and the rest of the time to do some work – fill out some tools/templates. Some days are quicker than others I suggest each of those take the time and ask for help if you need it. You may not need as much time for the others. We offer a once-a-week, weekly coaching session to all the members. Many members find this very beneficial and use that time each week to ask questions and discuss struggles.
